Fable Unit Project
Type in www.helpforlearning.org
Click on the Cougar.
Click on Fable-then Fable Project
1. open powerpoint sample
2. click save as to flash drive or hard drive G
3. minimize file for access
Next click on Aesop's Fables
4. Scroll down, choose one fable from selections 1-6. Make sure there is a moral for the fable you have
selected and that it is not one we have done in class.
THEN
5. to copy and paste your fable
a. highlight your selection
b. click the right mouse button
c. select copy,
d. then click on minimized file and "paste" into correct section of "fable project"
SAVE
6. you may change the style of font, but the body size must be size 14 and title size 20)
7. add clipart-choose art that can be hand colored.
a. go to the insert menu
b. click on "add clipart" (repeat as needed)
SAVE
8. print one page only
9. hand color clip art and return project to class next day.
10. if you know how and have time,
a. you may change the background
b. change the title of your project from "my fable project" to the name of your fable.
